Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Salons Connect provides subscription-based virtual reception and call handling services.
We do not offer physical products, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy items. All purchases relate to digital service subscriptions.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you are enrolling in a rolling month-to-month service agreement.
Your subscription:

Is billed monthly in advance

Automatically renews each billing cycle

Continues until cancelled
Your payment details are stored securely via Shopify Payments and Stripe. You authorise recurring charges until cancellation.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 7 days before your scheduled renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription by:

Logging into your account via our website and cancelling directly, or

Contacting us at connect@salons-connect.com
If cancellation is made fewer than 7 days before renewal, the upcoming payment will still be processed and service will continue until the end of that billing period.
Refunds
All subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused service time.
