Your business remains the data controller of your customers’ personal information. Our processing of that data is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.

  • Subscription and billing details

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.


Information Processed on Your Behalf

When providing call handling and booking services, we may process:

  • Caller names

  • Phone numbers

  • Appointment details

  • Messages left by callers

  • WhatsApp communications

  • Call recordings

This information is processed solely for the purpose of delivering our contracted services.


Technical Information

When you visit our website, we may collect:

  • Basic usage data

We do not use Google Analytics.


3. Call Recording and Call Tracking

We use call tracking and call recording technology to:

When messages are sent via WhatsApp:
