Refund & Cancellation Policy

Salons Connect provides subscription-based virtual reception services that are billed monthly in advance.

By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms.


1. No Refunds

All subscriptions are pre-billed on a monthly basis.

Due to the nature of our services and the allocation of operational resources, we do not offer refunds, whether full or partial, once a billing cycle has begun. This includes:

  • Unused service time

  • Partial months

  • Failure to use the service

  • Changes in business circumstances


2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 7 days before your scheduled renewal date.

If cancellation is made fewer than 7 days before renewal, the upcoming payment will still be processed and your service will continue until the end of that billing period.


3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription by either:

  • Logging into your account via our website and cancelling your subscription directly, or

  • Submitting a written cancellation request to connect@salons-connect.com

Where cancellation is submitted via email, it will only be considered effective once confirmed in writing by Salons Connect.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK or US consumer protection laws.
